On October 16th, psychologist Venera Yeleu conducted a training session at Astana
International University on "Self-regulation: how to manage emotions and
maintain psychological balance." The event took place at 11:00 AM in room
213 of the main building (8 Kabanbay Batyr Ave.).
During the training, participants explored effective methods for emotional regulation,
stress management, and sustaining psychological resilience. The speaker introduced
practical self-regulation techniques such as mindful breathing, attention shifting, and
relaxation exercises. The session was attended by psychology students and faculty
members, who engaged in a lively discussion and shared their experiences.
