«ZHETI ZHARGY» CLUB

 

The scientific research club "Zheti zhargy" is a scientific research club for students of educational programs "6B04201 - Law", "6B04202 – International law", created for the purpose of conducting research work of students. The club is directly subordinate to the Higher School of Law.

The Research Club is an open platform for discussing topical issues of civil, criminal, international public and international private law, issues of youth policy and student life.

The Club carries out its activities on a voluntary basis, guided by the principles of self-government, collegiality and equality.

 

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB

The main goal of the Club is to provide students – members of the club with in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of civil, criminal, international public and private law.

The Club's activities are aimed at achieving the following goals:

- creating conditions for intellectual growth and self-realization of students, their understanding of the main trends in law;

- to arouse sustained interest among the club's student members in their chosen specialty, to deepen and expand their theoretical and practical skills in the field of law and international law;

- development of the public initiative of MUA students, formation of their active civic position;

- to develop the scientific activity of students, to improve the skills of students in writing scientific papers;

- to develop scientific thinking and the ability to solve various topical problems in the field of civil, criminal, international public and private law;

- to familiarize students with scientific achievements and practical experience of famous Kazakhstani scientists in the field of law and international law;

- fostering a sense of patriotism and social responsibility.

THE «ADAL URPAQ» CLUB

 

The anti-corruption student Club «Adal urpaq» is a research club for students of the educational programs “6B04209 - Law and Public administration", "6B04210-Law and Public Administration", "6B04201 – Law", "6B04202 – International Law", created for the purpose of conducting research work of students. The club is directly subordinate to the Higher School of Law.

The Anti-Corruption Student Club of the Higher School of Law of Astana International University ASC "Adal urpaq" is a voluntary association of students, undergraduates, doctoral students of the Higher School of Law, created to achieve the goals and objectives of the fight against corruption in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Club carries out its activities on a voluntary basis, guided by the principles of self-government, collegiality and equality.

 

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CLUB

The goals and objectives of the Anti–Corruption Student Club "Adal urpaq" are to provide students - members of the club with in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of administrative, criminal, and criminal procedure law.

The activities of the Anti–Corruption Student Club "Adal urpaq" are aimed at achieving the following goals and objectives:

- a comprehensive study of corruption as a socio-legal phenomenon based on existing theoretical developments, the provisions of current national, foreign and international legislation;

– to identify the extent of corruption in the education system, as well as to identify the ideas of students and teachers about the nature of corruption, the reasons for its existence and the problems of countering it;

– development of specific proposals to prevent corruption in all spheres of public and political life, especially in the education system;

– drawing public attention to the negative consequences of the spread of corruption in the education system;

– formation of a strong rejection of corruption in the student community as an illegal way to achieve the desired result;

– development of specific skills, abilities and competencies among students in the field of research on the complex, intersectoral nature of corruption, as well as the acquisition by students of experience in preparing and conducting specific criminological research;

– providing assistance to students involved in corrupt relations in any field.
